CrackdCode is a publication of the resource fellows international Community which is headquartered in Nigeria. CrackdCode is a motivational programme which seeks to elevate the spirit of its audience and position them to actively achieve their dreams and aspirations. It offers, counselling as well as mentorship programmes in text, audio, video and graphic formats.

President Xi Jingping of China said: When I was a small child , I was very selfish, always grab the best for myself. Slowly, everyone left me and I had no friends. I didn’t think it was my fault but criticize others. My father gave me 3 sentences to help me in life. One day, my father cooked 2 bowls of noodles put the 2 bowls on the table. One bowl has one egg on top and the other bowl does not have any egg on top. He said ”My child. You choose. Which bowl do u want”. Eggs were hard to come by those days! How do you see people? How you see people matters a lot because how you see people would invariable determine how they see you. Do you see People as those individuals you owe a duty to say hi every morning or do you see them as individuals with whom you are engaged in a flourishing relationship. If you see people as people you just greet and pass, you might end up in their eyes as that individual who normally pass here and greet us or that individual who lives in our neighbourhood. There is no passion, feeling or connection towards you. Everything is casual they regard you casual too.  You do not get to 'know“ them even after many years of knowing them. Help your brain

The brain is the busiest part of the human body. It needs help. That is why you have books, paper, pen, and any other writing materials. When the brain gets very busy, it could easily be cloaked up by various kinds of thoughts especially the negatives. When that happens, it becomes extremely slow with the possibility to shut down entirely. The brain has capacity. Too much thoughts tends to eat up that capacity. It clouds and clusters it making it loose effectiveness. To help the brain retain its optimum performance, there is need to de-cluster it of excessive noise and negativities. One day I was taking my son to school. My car had broken down and we had to trek to his school. I was almost getting late and I saw my neighbour whom  I haven't seen in a long while. That pleasantry took a little longer that I was getting really late. However as soon as I was set to go another parent who was dropping off his daughter in the school just pulled off and picked us. That lift made my journey faster and brought us to the school just in the niche of time. Had it been I did not slow down to greet my friend I would have strolled off in a different route, I would have missed the vehicle and I would have arrived the school late. Now this story might not be the same as yours or might be funny but it intuited me a lesson of value. Sometimes we need to Slow down to arrive on time. Sometimes the music dies unceremoniously, when we are not prepared for it. It is at this that that your real capacity hidden in your personality comes bare. In all these period you thought you have or lacked the very abilities you possessed. You doubted them. there is what appears to be a new discovery of you, the inheritance, authorities, the beauty, capacity you only hoped begins to pour out like a pop and your reaction is that of surprise.  It is a beautiful thing that sometimes the music disappears uninformed. Pretend your enemy does not exist

Everyone has got an enemy but the worst you can do is let him win. Let you enemy remain your enemy if he chooses to but do not be an enemy back. Focusing on your enemies will sap you of your inert energy and will distract you. Keep your focus on your goals. Your attention is life and anything that has it lives and grows even stronger and anything that lacks your attention lacks life and will in the same way grow weaker and die.  Your enemy will fade away naturally when he discovers that you do not belong to the same class with him. Then your huge success must have become obvious to him. Be careful not to reward your enemy with a cheap point by giving him your costly attention.
