The Hard Work and The Smart Work
Sometimes it is not really what we do that counts; it is how we do them. The wisdom that goes into it. Same task but how we do them marks off whether what we did is hard work or smart work. The question to ask is, are my actions focused on my objective. Without a clear understanding of the purpose, a mission will be derailed, abused and frustrated. Hard work is like doing the knowledge you have, smart work is using the wisdom you have. The two can never get the same result.
For example pushing the caterpillar is hard work but using a crane is smart work. Doing the work by your self is hard work but doing it through someone else is smart work. Doing all the work is hard work but doing only important, relevant and necessary ones is smart work. Hard work steals your time, drains your energy and gets you little accomplished. Smart work saves you time, energy, gives you speed, sets you at an advantage, gives you an edge over your companions and attracts you favour.
Most of the things we would need to do has been done before by someone somewhere. You don’t need to reinvent the wheels. Research and find out what has done, who did them, where and how it was done. Just copy and paste, may be with certain adjustments. Learn to ask relevant questions, they will provide you clues and directions. No one enjoys suffering, the creator has not said you should which is why he gave you brain. You please no body by adopting the hard, excruciating way. God does use the simplest method to reach any solution and so should you. You can always accomplish anything you set your heart to do with prior planning, organization and implementation. Do not waste time trying to be perfect about it. Just be ok and brief. Do not spend too much time doing what need not be done. Do not spend time crying over spilled milk. Learn the lesson and move on. Do not spend time trying to learn every new skill by yourself be ready to pay those who has learnt it to teach you. Use your head, use your wisdom, use you skills more than you use your hands that’s smart work. It ultimately pays you. Hard work drains you, kills you and end up pleasing no body. Do smart work instead. Crack the code.
